Delivery & Shipping Policy
Any use of “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Roots Handloom and any use of “you” or “your” refers to the user of the website.
- The product will be shipped within 2- 5 working days of placing the order (provided it’s ready for dispatch), however there can be delay in case of certain unavoidable and/or emergency circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be notified over email within 2 working days.
- For the sarees that are ready for dispatch, the order is delivered within 7-10 working days within India and within 10-15 working days out of India. In case of any kind of delay, we will notify the customer via email as soon as we are notified by our courier partners.
- Delivery & shipping timeframe for sarees that are made on order basis, is mentioned in the product
- There are no additional shipping costs for domestic delivery i.e. shipping within India is free.
- For International shipping, there is an additional minimal shipping cost over the price of the product. The additional shipping cost, varies from country to country, is charged as per actuals as charged by our delivery partners. In case there is any customs duty or tax charged by the delivery partner at the time of delivery, the same is to be paid by the customer
- Our prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
- For reliable and on-time delivery, we use Delhivery/FedEx/E-comm express/Universal/DHL/Aramex/Xpressbees couriers based on delivery location.
